I May Destroy You is a British comedy-drama series, created by and starring Michaela Coel. It follows a young woman named Arabella, who is an aspiring writer struggling to meet her deadlines. One night she decides to take a break and go out with her friends, but when she wakes up the next morning she's not able to remember what really happened. With the help of her friends she manages to put the pieces together and realizes she was assaulted. The event changes her perspective on her entire life as she faces the trauma.
