Irish noir cold case crime series revolving around the Northern Irish police detective, Tom Brannick, and his challenging work. Police and divers are working hard to retrieve a car from the depths of Strangford Lough. They find what seems to be a suicide note inside. The name 'Goliath'- the notorious assassin- comes up and Tom connects the find to a cold case that has personal significance- his wife, Emma, was one of Goliath's victims. A college student is found dead in a desolate prairie, a police officer is shot floating in a lake, a model is raped, strangled and left in the snow, and Tom starts his dogged hunt for the killer.
